“The judge identified nine aspects of An Inconvenient Truth, nine core errors, where Al Gore either misstated the IPCC or prejudicially exaggerated what they found.”John Day is the lawyer for a British parent who sued the British Department
of Education when they tried to distribute An Inconvenient Truth to schools.

And does the self-proclaimed defender of the working and middle classes actually know anything about them and how they live?
My questions were prompted after a “letter from Michael Moore” popped into my inbox.

The Global Warming community has faced at least 19 scandals in the past few months, which is why the IPCC is now facing an "independent" review by the InterAcademy Council (IAC). What is shocking is that the review will not challenge man-made Global Warming and will not look at the scientific data.

A majority of Not Evil Just Wrong's mission is to investigate scientific data and test it against the claims made by environmental alarmists, but there is another aspect of the climate debate—personal freedom.
Friends of Coal Tennessee and the Tennessee Mining Association are hosting Ann McElhinney and Phelim McAleer for a screening of their documentary, Mine Your Own Business on April 7, 2010, at 7:30 p.m. at the historic Belcourt Theatre, Nashville, Tenn.
National Post editor Peter Foster delved into the developing story of James Cameron's new historical role-environmental alarmist. Foster highlighted directors Phelim McAleer and Ann McElhinney's roles in the documentaries Mine Your Own Business and Not Evil Just Wrong, which debunked bad science and staunchly supported economic development.
James Cameron is looking to fill Al Gore's shoes, but Ann McElhinney, the Director of Not Evil Just Wrong, isn't afraid attack the lies and hypocrisies of any eco-billionaire, whether they be an ex-vice president or a favorite for this year's Oscars.

It has been fascinating to observe how a popular and trusted multinational corporation can be so flatfooted and incapable of responding to a crisis.
Environmental and Climate ministers met in a closed session yesterday to demand an independent review of IPCC Chairman Dr. Rajendra Pachauri's performance. They are insisting on the review after the series of recent debacles at the IPCC.
Uncoverage.net was at CPAC 2010 and got a chance to meet up with Phelim McAleer. It looks like the guerrilla reporters recognized one of their own, because they were very happy to see him.

America is none too happy with Obama's decree for the EPA to regulate co2. Three states have already come forth to sue to the EPA attempts to regulate greenhouse gases based on the heavy financial burden it will place on the state's economy.
CPAC is hustling and bustling. Today, Phelim's appeared on the Michael Koolidge show to talk about Global Warming alarmism.

Thank you everyone for your nominations for the new UN climate chief. Today, we're happy to announce the winner for Not Evil Just Wrong dvd is a Mr. Phillip, whose nomination was Sean Penn. As you can see, Penn has all the qualifications needed for the job.
United Nations climate chief Yvo de Boer, who oversaw troubled climate talks in Copenhagen last year, is resigning three months early. It's sparked a flurry amongst the climate community over who will replace de Boer for the upcoming Mexico
We can mark this as a historic moment in the fight to expose the truth behind Global Warming alarmism. The Climate Establishment has admitted to what skeptics have been saying for a decade, the earth is not warming.
Phelim dressed for the weather as he donned his shorts, t-shirt, sunglasses and sunhat yesterday in a blizzard torn D.C. for an interview on Fox's Neil Cavuto show and questions if all weather events can be attributed to Global Warming.

The New York Times is reporting that the IPCC chairman, Rajendra K. Pachauri is still "greatly admired" in the scientific community despite the IPCC 2007 report being riddled with errors. The article explains away Pachauri's conflicted interests, saying that his expertise is worth the risk. It goes on to paint him as a middle class citizen, brushing off that he recently earned $16,000 in interest on his bank account in India. To earn $16,000 in interest at a three percent interest rate, Pachuari would have almost $533,000 sitting in his bank account, and for two percent, it bumps the amout to $800,000.
Well, we have just arrived back in Washington DC from Alaska.
BBC has literally invested Global Warming. Currently, BBC has a pension valued at $11 billion and part of that investment goes towards the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change (IIGCC). BBC is the only media outlet invested in the IIGCC.Copyright 2009 by Greener Horizon Films ltd. All Rights Reserved.
