“The judge identified nine aspects of An Inconvenient Truth, nine core errors, where Al Gore either misstated the IPCC or prejudicially exaggerated what they found.” John Day is the lawyer for a British parent who sued the British Department
of Education when they tried to distribute An Inconvenient Truth to schools.

Just wanted to draw attention to one of the oxymoron promise of the day, said by New Zealond's Environment Minister Nick Smith:

"The Government is revising the ETS [Emissions Trading Scheme] to reduce the costs to households and the impact on jobs while ensuring New Zealand takes a responsible approach to the global problem of greenhouse gas pollution and climate change," said Dr. Smith.

How he's going to manage it with a $100 billion burden on taxpayers by 2050 is beyond me.
