“The judge identified nine aspects of An Inconvenient Truth, nine core errors, where Al Gore either misstated the IPCC or prejudicially exaggerated what they found.” John Day is the lawyer for a British parent who sued the British Department
of Education when they tried to distribute An Inconvenient Truth to schools.

alThe New York Times has an front page article today on how people should travel on buses to stop Global Warming or CLimate Change as they now call it.

The headline states: In Poor Cities, Buses May aid Climate Battle.

According to the article poor people should take the bus and it has been a tremendous success - except where it hasn't.

As the article eventually explains in lots of cities people prefer cars and want to avoid buses with state run inefficiencies and lack of privacy and freedom to go where you want to when you want to.

Remind me again when was the last time Al Gore took the bus?
