“The judge identified nine aspects of An Inconvenient Truth, nine core errors, where Al Gore either misstated the IPCC or prejudicially exaggerated what they found.” John Day is the lawyer for a British parent who sued the British Department

If Al Gore's Life Was A Movie ...

Everyone knows Hollywood loves Al Gore, but have you ever wondered how Tinseltown would portray its green hero in a movie.

Phelim and Ann tackled that subject in their interview on The Laura Ingraham Show yesterday. Here's how the conversation went:

Phelim: If Al Gore's life was a movie, he'd be sort of cast as the maverick scientist-politician trying to break into the White House and alert the president that there's going to be a disaster and the world is going to end.

Ann: He'd be the Dennis Quaid character.

Phelim: Dennis Quaid in The Day After Tomorrow, and no one listens to him ... and eventually he'd be proven right.

But look at how [Gore] acts. He came to Ireland recently, and he charged $230,000 for a public speaking engagement and banned the press. He's the only maverick scientist who wants to warn the world about how the world is going to end and won't talk to the press, won't debate any other scientists.

Ann: Here's a guy who apparently knows the world's about to end, and if you really did sincerely know that ... wouldn't you talk to everyone? Wouldn't you constantly be giving interviews? Wouldn't you constantly go out and be telling that because the world is in this huge threat? The world isn't that threatened. The reason I know the world is not threatened is because Al Gore is so relaxed about it, because he's flying around the world and having a massive carbon footprint himself.
