“The judge identified nine aspects of An Inconvenient Truth, nine core errors, where Al Gore either misstated the IPCC or prejudicially exaggerated what they found.” John Day is the lawyer for a British parent who sued the British Department
of Education when they tried to distribute An Inconvenient Truth to schools.

GoreGore does not deserve the doctorate the University of Tennessee is honoring him with this morning.

"I think it's odd that the University of Tennessee is giving a degree to someone who produced a documentary that the British High Court says has nine significant errors," said Phelim McAleer.

Since 2006 Gore has done nothing to correct these errors in his documentary. So for today's graduation, Phelim will hire a plane with a banner attached, reading, "Mr. Gore, why send jobs to China?"

This is why the Knoxville Tea Party organized a protest against the University for rewarding Gore's alarmist propaganda with a doctorate.  And it's not just the Tea Partiers who are upset, some students are refusing to walk as a result of the award.
