“The judge identified nine aspects of An Inconvenient Truth, nine core errors, where Al Gore either misstated the IPCC or prejudicially exaggerated what they found.” John Day is the lawyer for a British parent who sued the British Department

Ed Begley Jr. loses his composure defending scientists during climategate

In a recent interview on with Stuart Varney on Fox News, Ed Begley Jr. lost his composure when confronted with the CRU hacked e-mails.  What started as a debate on whether or not global warming is credible in light of the manipulated data soon degraded into Begley chanting "Peer reviewed sceintists!" and incoherent yelling.   Of course, given what Not Evil Just Wrong has encountered with Begley, we can hardly say we were surprised.  We just wonder how much of it was acting.

Bully Pulpit
Did anyone notice how Begley is a bully. His body language was agressive and threatening, pointing his finger at the host. Turn down the volume and watch the video. Which person has the stronger argument? Why is Begley a bully? Because his manmade warming theory makes no sense, so calm discussion converts nobody. In politics his antics would be called passionate conviction or grandstanding, depending which side of the issue you find yourself.

Helping them prove thier point
I personnely don't believe in Global Warming or that humans specificaly have a major role in driving climate change.

However this interview does nothing but help prove the lefts point. Someone comming into our house and checking to see if we are using incandescent light bulbs? They may stop you from purchasing then but know one is coming into your house to see if your using incandescent.

Also i would be happy to have a government paid program to do a energy audit on my home( not mandated) in efforts to save some dollars.

Of coarse these climate change guys are hypocrites, lets not end up using the same scare tactics that they are using to prove a point.

Come on now we sound like the alarmists and are lossing credibility just like they do when they try to pull this crap saying were all guna be under 7 ft of water in 50 years
