“The judge identified nine aspects of An Inconvenient Truth, nine core errors, where Al Gore either misstated the IPCC or prejudicially exaggerated what they found.” John Day is the lawyer for a British parent who sued the British Department
of Education when they tried to distribute An Inconvenient Truth to schools.
BBC invested in Global Warming

BBCBBC has literally invested Global Warming.  Currently, BBC has a pension valued at $11 billion and part of that investment goes towards the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change (IIGCC).  BBC is the only media outlet invested in the IIGCC.

There have been internal complaints against the organization saying that the investment is influencing the BBC's coverage of climate change.

“The corporation’s most famous interrogators invariably begin by accepting that ‘the science is settled’ when there are countless reputable scientists and climatologists producing work that says it isn’t. It is, in effect, BBC policy, enthusiastically carried out by the BBC’s environment correspondents, that those views should not be heard. I was not proud to be working for an organization with a corporate mind so closed on such an important issue,” said BBC's former newsreader, Peter Sissons.

Currently, the BBC Trust is investigating a number of complaints that the corporation was promoting the theory that climate change is man-made.
