We just wanted to let you know that if you missed Ann last week in Michigan
- she is going back to the state this weekend.

afp_michiganShe will be speaking in Traverse City (where Michael Moore has a home) at
the AFP Michigan Prosperity Forum. You can hear Ann during Saturday's Keynote and also at a Q&A panel later in the day.
You missed Ann in flying form last week but don't take our word for it -
check out the twitter feed.

melanieann79
's response was typical. She said "@annmcelhinney is
amazing and energized. If you get a chance to hear her speak, do not pass it
up! "

The event starts on Saturday Jan 21st at 9 AM in Traverse City.

Ann will be joined by Internet upstart Andrew Breitbart and online pioneer
Michelle Malkin.

She would love to see you there.

Also  if  you know of anyone who would like a job promoting our future
projects through social media please ask them to get in touch.

You can find out more details of the job here.

Thanks

Ann & Phelim

A great Visit
I had no idea how much fun it would be to listen to Ann's common sense, take-no-prisoners way of dealing with environmental extremism.

Thanks for coming up!

Environmental extremism is beginning to appear almost criminal in terms of how much they think we should do and how may people they feel need to crawl in a hole and die from eating flowers and seeds. I hope that some other people like her can speak some truth and some sense into people who are being completely brainwashed by those who only want their money.

There is so much hate when it comes to the environment that people just have to say what they feel in industry news and move on to things that will truly make a difference.

I'm amazed at the lack of common sense in our world today. If people would just use their brains rather than believe the Man-made Global Warming hype, they'd realize, so clearly, what a farce it is. Even before I watched your documentary (which was great), I didn't believe in Man-made GW...why? Well again, from a common sense perspective, if it's true that man and all of our industry causes this, how do they explain the warming during Medieval time??? I’m not sure, but I don’t think they had factories, cars, etc. Or, I've often been perplexed by the fact that what we exhale and what plant-life on earth needs to survive is somehow a pollutant. And if Geologists have proven that historically rises in CO2 occur ‘after’ warming periods of our earth’s history…well…then their theories are pretty much bunked. But for me, a picture speaks a thousand words. If anyone looks at the depictions of what a ‘trillion’ looks like, they’d be horrified at what our governments are doing. But applying that…I read that only 29% of our planet is land, and of that, less than 1% of the 29% is actually inhabited by man. And of that…how much is actually industrialized? I just don’t see how we, being a teeny speck on this planet, can possibly cause any Global events. It just seems silly!

Bad Thinking Makes Bad Brains
I firmly believe that illogical or bad thinking over time rewires the brain such that its difficult to reverse later on. I think Al Gore and many other liberals from that era exihibit this type of derangement of the brain

Michelle (March 6, 2012): " ...And if Geologists have proven that historically rises in CO2 occur ‘after’ warming periods of our earth’s history..."

There's a scene in "The Great Global Warming Swindle" with a graphic tracing the 800-year-lag of CO2 after temperature rise.

But look a bit deeper, Michelle. Subtle changes in the earth's orbit (precession, obliquity, and eccentricity... the Milankovich cycles) first raise very slightly the energy received from the sun; this warming then gradually causes a release of CO2 from the oceans (the warmer a liquid, the less gas it can maintain dissolved in it... that cold Coke is less squirty than the one left lying in the sun).

The rising CO2 then insulates and enhances the sun's warming, which in turn releases more CO2, which further enhances the warming... this is known as a "positive feedback".

As the earth swings back out of these roughly 20,000 and 41,000 and 100,000 cycles(which sometimes compound and sometimes weaken and cancel each others' effect), the sun's energy diminishes just enough to overcome the insulating effect of the CO2 and the earth slumps back into a cooler period, maybe even an ice age.

Peter Sinclair explains this nicely in his 8:46 video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...gtC-P8SCNM

Throughout these warmer-cooler periods over the last 600,000 years or so, the CO2 levels have roller-coaster-ed between 180 and 280 parts per million. In May of 2013 we clocked in at 399.89 ppm. (http://co2now.org/) Temperatures are rising far beyond what can be attributed to any increase in the sun's output; we're simply trapping more energy with most of it going into our warming oceans.

You're right that historically, Co2 has responded to temperature rise. Now it's causing it.
